Gain Compliance is looking for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to drive adoption of Gain Compliance’s products. Working closely with a growing team, the RSD will focus both on new customer wins as well as expanding opportunities within our existing customer base.
This is a remote-based position, with the ideal candidate being based in the Midwest.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospect and close new business opportunities and expand opportunities within existing customers.
- Plan and execute sales strategy.
- Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis.
- Work with Sales Development Representatives to generate initial customer interest.
- Maintain the relationship for both superior customer experience as well as future growth opportunities.
What you will need:
- 5-7+ years of solution selling of a SaaS/Cloud-based product line
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding quota
- B.A./B.S. degree preferred
- Ability to drive a consistent, measured and managed Sales process that ensures ACV/TCV attainment
- High degree of organization: ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously
