Responsibilities
- Team & People Leadership: Foster a strong team identity and supportive culture through excellent interpersonal relationships, transparent communication, and proactive leadership. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development to build and sustain a high-performing remote team.
- Product Development: Translate complex NAIC regulations into actionable technical requirements. Lead the delivery management, project lifecycles, deadlines, process improvements and planning the work this team produces, ensuring our solutions are precisely aligned with the insurance industry’s evolving challenges. Drive best practices in project management and process improvement.
- Cross-Company Leadership Collaboration: Actively collaborate with senior management and peers in Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales to align strategies and enhance interdepartmental cooperation. Champion the Financial Reporting Solutions team’s initiatives, ensuring both visibility and alignment with broader business goals.
- Team Oriented System Thinking: Innovate on team practices by critically evaluating and refining operational processes. Encourage a culture of curiosity and analytical thinking to enhance problem-solving effectiveness.
- Technology Awareness: Identify and integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Lead initiatives to implement innovative tools and methodologies, maintaining a forward-thinking approach in all technological adaptations.
