- Reported Data: Gain Compliance offers a software application which allows users to compile and file company data to be reviewed by regulators.
During use of the Service, Gain may collect and process the following Customer Information:
- Usage Data: Gain may gather data about how users interact with the Service, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, data related to user interaction with the application, and the time and date of logins and user activities.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Gain uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and collect information about usage patterns.
2. How Gain Uses Customer Information
Gain may use Customer Information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To improve, personalize, and optimize the Service.

- With Customer consent or at Customer direction.
- To support Customers in usage of the Services, such as with service providers who help Gain operate and support the Services (e.g., hosting provider).

Gain implements security measures to protect Customer Information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Gain does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Gain may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices and Service offerings. Gain will notify Customers of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the effective date.
