Following the annual shareholder meeting and board election, Gain Compliance announced the addition of two board members, increasing the board size to five.
With Susan Voss and Joe Gunderson, the company not only benefits from outside perspective and direction, but also the deep experience and knowledge of two accomplished professionals:
Susan is a long-time insurance veteran whose accomplishments span both regulatory and industry dimensions. Following a successful and varied career with accomplishments in law, business, and politics, Joe is an active early-stage investor who has served as one of Gain’s early mentors and supporters.
