Answer: a Customer Success onsite retreat!
This past week, Gain’s Customer Success team gathered in our Des Moines headquarters. While our team is predominantly based in central Iowa, we now have employees in Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico.
While Gain’s remote-first work environment intentionally creates opportunities for near-constant collaboration and communication among employees, it’s unquestionably energizing and productive to meet in person when possible as well.
Themes for the week included:
- Open-ended conversation and brainstorming on how best to support customers
- Continuing education on the changing regulatory landscape for statutory filings (Schedule P changes or the bond project, anyone?)
- Leveraging new features and functionalities in Gain’s software
The upshot: our team left better equipped, energized, and empowered to support our customers than ever before!
